I was a construction worker for about 7 years before real estate. At that time I was just trying to get by in life. I was not aware I could choose how much I make and what my life looked like. This is because of EXTREME mental and emotional abuse I grew up with as a youth.

So, until I started searching to become normal, grow and learn what I needed to, I was blinded to the fact that I have a choice how I live.

So it has been a very hard, but interesting journey that I have been on, but VERY worthwhile.

And that FEAR issue has been horrible to me. Even though I have been in Real Estate for 5 yrs, it just seemed I could never get anywhere, because of my fear, (and know everyone battles fear). So, when I was Introduced to an ACTUAL TEAM of people, I saw integrity. That is what broke it loose for me. After all, I have ALL the knowledge, but I didnt fully understand how to ACTUALLY APPLY IT. As a result of your system, NOW I do!

I closed on my second house as a result of your tour. I've got two more scheduled for this Friday and then another one for next week. This has meant roughly - ballPark to me $155,000! And, that doesn't take into account about $350 a month in cash flow per property on on 4 houses. That an additional $1,400 a month!!
