Part of any plan to create wealth and personal net worth is the ability and need to control spending and debt load.  Most people don’t understand how much interest they will pay on their amortized debt over time.  It is critical to understanding wealth that one totally understand this.  They key to understanding this is to have a system that tells you exactly where you are at overtime.

In the past, those who wanted to do this had to do it manually.  Some used an envelope system to manage their budget but did not accelerate the process.  Recently, a lot of so called experts have come out with a “roll up” method of reducing debt.  While these systems ultimately work, they are only a manual process and do not take into account which debt SHOULD be paid next according to effectiveness and interest rate.

The key to any system is the ability for YOU to be able to monitor where you are, where you came from and where you are heading.
