Creative Release
Everybody needs a release of some type. Some people use physical activity, some people like to talk it out, others try to use stress relieving techniques (ie yoga, meditation, prayer). I love creating things. I paint, write music, write or just doodle on paper.
A while back I submitted a poem or two to www.poetry.com. It is a place where you can just place your thoughts on the web and let them sink in. One of the poems is called Mountain Top.
As I think about many people who struggle with life, I wonder what their release is. What do they use to wipe away the tears of this life. What do you use as a release. Consider how you might wipe away the fears and failures of your life with some activity.
If it is creative, good. However, develop some release mechanism in your life so that you can control the emotional roller-coaster that we ride on.
Find your release so that you can handle life.

Rob,
A creative release of stress is more important than a distructive one. Today with foreclosures, job layoffs, health issues, you name it, stress is high and what is the release more alcohol, running your car into a tree, shooting up your family…or can you get ontop of it and do something that will really help you…go for a hard hike, swim in the ocean…go running…but so many of us get caught up in the stress and can not let go. I go and sit at the ocean side and feel extremely small.
